Demonstration

A minute in the life of the Candidate

When the candidate is issued a test they will check their email system and find an email waiting.

Upon clicking the link they are then presented with our front page with the fields already populated for the exam codes. This link will not progress past this point until the candidate has started the exam, after which time they will not have the option to re-take it again unless you deem it necessary.

Once they click the "Begin Exam" button they then will have the test issued. The tests will be randomly selected from thousands of questions. The chance of getting the same question twice is not possible for any single test. The chances of getting the same question issued to two people that either know each other can "Google it" are fairly remote, and frankly if they have gone to the lengths of studying up to three thousand questions on a single subject' well they have skills in that area!

The test is issued in an individual window that has been reverse engineered to stop any chances of hacking the answers or slowing the tests down **

A recommendation is the last chance they will have to prepare themselves for the test

You will receive notification that they have started the test by email

After this the test boxes appear

The tests shown are of a 'Generic' form and bare no resemblance to the actual tests taken - ***

As you can see the time ticks away in the top right hand corner of the screen, if they have not completed the test in this time scale the exam moves on to the next question

At the end of the test the candidate is presented with a simple window thanking them for taking the test. At this point you will receive an email with their results

  • The length of time for each question is up to you. This is another customisable feature of the software that sits behind your interface. If you are after a standard candidate for example a 'Level 1 Helpdesk' person you may want to give them 60 seconds per question. Where as, for the same level of expertise in their field you may also want someone that little bit 'special' for the 'team leader' position.
